I will reference, for example, the Himilayas, and the great lakes, which had ground depressed because of ice (Either from the ice age or current trends) which show that once ice is removed, the ground elevates due to release of ice weight. You can track USGS data of this for the Great lakes easily. But changing global current does not influence fault line activity. I do not know where you arrived at this conclusion but I am skeptical of it.
Er, the current is nowhere nearly strong enough to cause a change in fault activity. Also, no Global currents travel directly over fault lines. The major fault lines where sronger earthquakes have been occuring (Take Chile, Indonesia, and Haiti as examples) Do not have a current running anywhere near or over them.
Places where there is a current (Japan Britain, India for instance) Show no increase in fault activity.
Historically, by the way, the notion of ice changing fault activity is noted.

Okay, I’m not on the Green side of this at all, but I know that’s not true.
The Earthquakes and Tsunamis are, you’re right, caused by shifting fault lines. But those fault lines are shifting due to changes in ocean current, which is than due to the changing temperature of ocean water.

Earthquakes and tsunamis are not triggered by global warming to be fair. The only way that would work is if a bunch of Ice melted off of a fault line. Since the sites of most recent large earthquakes are nowhere near there, I believe it is safe to discount that notion. I just wanted to note that.

Out of all the episodes this is the most unbelievable. I mean who can explain all the melting polar ice caps or the crazy weather we all have been seeing. Tsunami’s earthquakes hurricanes. They have to be triggered by something let me guess mankind.
I totally buy it. I don’t believe most conspiracy theories. But every time nature seems to prove the THEORY wrong, scientists “adapt” the theory to nature’s patterns. It used to be just WARMING, now its “climate change”. Which is really, loose and flexible term to all natural occurences.
The “Climategate” scandal (which got less news time than a dog show), has shown its more of an scam than a threat.
