David Wilcock talks about the huge spiral seen in the Norwegian skies on 8 th and 9 th of December 2009. There is a HAARP ( High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) Facility very near to where this event took place. This type of technology was first invented by Nikola Tesla in 1902 but was taken over and made secret by the military as they wanted another secret weapon. The atmosphere in these videos is being manipulated by using high frequency energy waves. There have been incidents of these spirals being filmed before in China and Russia as various countries experiment with this technology. This technology can severly affect weather patterns and also cause earthquakes if used in a certain way. That is one of the reasons it has remained secret for so long.
